Self-Catering Cottages
We always offer a warm welcome to our new arrivals, together with a welcome tea-tray and complimentary bottle of wine.  Your Cottage will be warmed and aired in readiness, and the beds made up with freshly laundered linen.
Included within the price are electricity, oil, logs and linens .

Three or Four day breaks may be available.  Please ask.


 
Notes and Booking Conditions
Good Care - I respectfully ask that you take Good Care of our property and its contents and ask for it to be left Clean and Tidy as you will find it.

Arrival and Departure - Holidays are from 4 pm on arrival day until 10 am on departure day.  If these times pose any problems, please let us know, as we may be able to help

Payment -  We accept payment by cash or cheque only.
Deposit - A non-returnable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Confirmation of Booking - Following receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a Confirmation of Booking.  A contract is thus formed and you are then responsible for the balance of the rental.
Cancellation by You -  A booking is a legally binding contract between the accommodation provider and the visitor. If a booking is cancelled or shortened and the accommodation provider is unable to re-let the accommodation then a charge will be made for the unoccupied accommodation. We strongly recommend taking out insurance to cover this possibility.
Number of Guests - The property is offered only on the understanding that no more than the maximum number of guests as indicated on this website shall use it, except by prior written agreement.  We reserve the right to refuse or curtail any booking which may in our opinion, be unsuitable for the property concerned.
Cancellation by the owner - If for any reason beyond the owners control the property is not available, or has been rendered unsuitable for holiday letting (eg by fire damage) on the date booked, all rent and charges paid by the holiday maker will be refunded in full, but there shall be no further claim against the owner.
Liability - No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, sickness or injury howsoever caused which may be sustained during the holiday to any member of the party or any invited person, or any car or vehicle and its contents or any possession of the tenant or any member of the party as defined above.
Pets - We are unable to allow visitors to bring their pets.
Disabled Visitors - With regret, the accommodation is unsuitable for disabled visitors, although Primrose Cottage is on one level.
